    Too many blueliners

Alright, I comfortably lead my 14 team fantasy league, having just won my 19th straight week. I'm hoping to not be the New England Patriots (I'm a Giants fan after all) and am looking towards the playoffs now. My team is solid, picking up Mueller to replace Crosby when he went down has helped keep that win streak alive. Now my problem.

I recently traded Tomas Holmstrom for Wade Redden, needing a third defenseman (of 3) in my league. Homer hasn't really been the same since returning from injury, and I'm stacked anyway. However, now that McCabe is back, I have four defensemen for three slots and don't really want to carry a spare. My other two defensemen are Pronger and Niedermayer.

I've put some feelers out, but I just don't think I'm going to find a good trade option, especially when the league knows I need to drop one of those all stars. I'm thinking it may end up being Nieder, because my team is so Duck-heavy: in addition to the hall of fame blue liners, I have Selanne, Bertuzzi, and Getzlaf. When Bertuzzi cools down, I'll replace him, but I think it's likely I keep the other two. Here's my roster right now:

    C: Getzlaf
    LW: Gagne, Sedin
    RW: Bertuzzi, Selane
    W: Penner
    F: Arnott
    D: Pronger, Nieder, Redden
    UTIL: Mueller
    BENCH: Boyes, Vrabata
    G: Vokoun, Miller, Mason

    IR: Crosby, McCabe (Now healthy)

Which defenseman should I drop? Gagne is about to go back on the IR I think, but I'll want to replace him with another winger, so I still need to get rid of someone, unless I can engineer a trade of a defenseman for a LW.
