    Dylan Kwasniewski gets "Necked".....

I was watching the "Next Big Thing" in Nascar (Dylan K), Friday night in the ARCA race at Kansas Speedway.....yea...THAT Dylan K...the kid that won the K&N West Championship last year, at age 16/17.... the kid that is 1 race from winning the K&N East Championship THIS year, at age 17/18 (he's the points leader with 1 race to go).....anyway, in DK's FIRST time in an ARCA car....and in his FIRST ARCA race...AND his FIRST time racing on a 1 1/2 mile track, he was 2nd fastest in practice!!...and he was the Pole Setter!!...at the start of the race, 5 or 6 drivers made a mad dash for the lead....so DK settles back to7th or 8th....then he picks them off one by one, until he is 3rd....2 drivers are racing each other's doors off in 1st and 2nd....so DK sits back and waits for them to take each other out....which they did, on about lap 20 of 99....on lap 40, DK leads the field on to Pit Road, for the only stop required to make the 99 laps....however, 2 drivers stay out....Frank Kimmel and some other Neck....well, it turns out that Kimmel has 79 career wins in ARCA, and some other Neck had 79 wins a long time ago....so Frank and (as it became obvious), ARCA, want that 80th win for the old Neck!!.....well, as soon as the field gets back on the track after the pit stops, ARCA announces that the race will end in 10 laps!!!.....how convenient for Frank the Neck to get his 80th win!!!....considering he didn't have the fuel to finish the race!!!!....ARCA's reason for stopping the race in 10 more laps, was because they were afraid fans "would be struck by lightening"!!!!!!!!!!...yea, you heard me right!!!....DK obviously had the best car, and the skills to win his first ARCA race, in his first try!!!...but these Necks wanted "Frank the Neck" to get his 80th ARCA win....I just hope this "race fix" went over DK's head....and he doesn't lose his naivety....I have no doubt, that if DK wasn't from the "place where the devil dwells" (Las Vegas) he would have had a chance to win...Mojo
