I have a driver on my BENCH that says not eligible and there is a note that I will not receive credit for the race because one or more of my drivers is not eligible. WHY? That does not make sense because they are not racing and I receive nothing for bench drivers. Can anyone explain why? In addition, why cant I change drivers from the remaining field before the race? I petition that the rules be changed to allow changes to the day of and two hours before the race. I do not think the current system is fair.
Just to make it clear John. You DO receive qualifying points for your bench drivers whether you use them in the race or not. And having one driver as not entered (not eligible) doesn't disqualify all your scores, just that one. So, you see there is a reason to make the first deadline before qualifying, for up to 19 qual points. 10 for 1st, 5 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd, and 1 for 4th. Bonus points for those who know how to pick them.
Hope that clears up any confusion you may still have.
Now THAT'S the Spirit Mojo! Turned over a new leaf of cooperation huh? Ok then. Do as I say....
John, that message was there at the beginning of the week to warn you the driver was not entered so you could pick a new one before the deadline.
And they make the first deadline before qualifying, so you can earn qualifying points. I mean, otherwise just give everyone 19 points each week right? If everyone could change drivers After quals' then what would be the point? Understand?
And your bench allows you to swap out a driver who you may have not noticed wasn't entered or didn't qualify with one that is or did. If you want a pick up until race time forum then go to Nascar Live or even FOX. This one works just fine for those of us who have been playing it for years. Petition if you want but this is the way it's always been and we kind of like it the way it is.
Good Luck the rest of the year. Check your picks on Wednesdays and you probably won't have those messages or issues in the future.
I petition that Yahoo allows only 1 (one) ID per IP address...that way, you clowns that insist on using multiple ID's, will have to buy more computers!!!....or, how bout this: say everything using your REAL ID, like I do....see: nobody can come through your computer screen and get you!!....Mojo
