Changes for Phoenix Race - Late Notification
Received my notification to change drivers at 3:13am on Friday, March 1 - that's entirely too late - especially when the cutoff is at midnight on March 1st. Seriously....are you kidding me?? I have played this Fantasy for 8 years - and this is the progress the site has made....I cannot make changes to my roster - leaving my Daytona selections for Phoenix. Including a selection that is not even racing this weekend. That's ridiculous. I guess I will just have to make my changes for the following week immediately following every race once the checkered flag flies. Thanks.

U2? It's just wrong. How can I know when they will run a race? I really should be able to pick after qualifying. That way I'd get more points

Cause I'm a busy guy also I don't have time to keep up with this fantasy stuff

Carter and Mr. Sunday....just a quick response; I was traveling on business...and yes, I was too busy to set my team on Monday- Thursday; and as in the past - as have been my notification reminders, I was always permitted to change on a Friday when the race was on Sunday. But now, you are saying that you agree, we have to have our teams selected by midnight on Friday for a race on Sunday?? And the cars hadn't even practiced or set tires on the track but our teams need to be selected.
I did not screw up - their notification method did - and if you read other posts, I'm not the only one....so, hopefully by me writing, it will not happen to you in the future. If it does, we will see just how you react...probably with a whine.- 3 Replies to Junior 88

I can say 1000% that you were NOT always allowed to change your lineup on a Friday. If qualifying is scheduled for Friday you have to change before Friday morning. Been that way for the 5 full seasons I've been playing.

@ junior 88--just 1 sharp point to remember---regardless of Nascars schedule---your weekly picks need to be in the night before qualifying day--and if you pay attention--practice and qualifiying are not always the same day like Phoenix.

You`ll need to set your line-up on Thursday when they have Q`s on Friday. That`s the problem here bro! Sorry for you having issues, but im not having any at this moment. I understand thing can get hectic sometime, but really..You could`nt have found 5 minutes to change your line-up during the week!!!

Weird ....I get notice 2 days ahead and received mine at 3:11 am on Thursday. I usually set TENTATIVE picks right after the race just in cause there is a YAHOO oops.. Then go make an adjustment the night before deadline is due .. check your profile setting and make sure your setting it 2 days ahead and correct time zone

they don't let you change it for a day or two...
someone #$%$ up and we will all pay... why are they cutting it off on thur nite/friday morning for a sunday race anyway?,
And what's the point of offering a notice if it's not going to be timely?- 1 Reply to Rick

Wrong Rick!...If you notice all the races are numbered 1-36 You can set your line-up at anytime. You fawcked up JR 88..What Carter said!

If you've been playing for 8 years, you should know to go in on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and check your lineup. Awful lot of whining on the message board today.

Easy, Carter. Should we set up our lineup early in the week? Yes, maybe. Still no excuse on Yahoos behave. If people aren't "die-hards" they might not be checking throughout the week. And other people may be busy with other things in their life to focus completely on Fantasy Racing. If Yahoo gives me the option to have them "remind" me in a timely fashion of when to set my lineup, then that is what they should do. And when they don't, people will "whin." Like me!
