and much like there other salary cap games they have, basketball, and they started with soccer it's a floating cap, which means in previous years if you had a good driver and there value went up you didn't benefit, the only benefit was you had them at the lower price, but now with the cap it starts at 100 million, but if your driver value goes up so does your cap, so say you purchased there two highest drivers which are bad brad and 5 time, and they start at 22.4 and 22.3 and say they both move up like 2, then you gain 4 for your cap
