    I like the fact he admitted it was wrong what he did. He showed true remorse for it. That showed the champion in him. We all go off once in a while. I still think Nascar is playing a dangerous game and they need to help remove those hot head moments with time out. When a driver knows he will sit out for it, he is less likely to do it...

    • I'll give Gordon that one, but that's it for him. NASCAR...? They've lost all respect, not that they had much in the past three years anyway. As for hot headed drivers....

      Heat of the moment doesn't quite shake out with me, especially after limping around for two laps and having the spotter give updates on your victim's position on the track...

      I'm just glad that the points positions ended up where they did... I would have been pi$$ed off until mid season next year had Jimmie finished in front of Clint after that one in the desert...
