actually kyle did it in the nw series this past weekend taking out one of the top point runners.all anybody had to say was "tough break for hornish".kyle,panica,ect are abitual offenders and should be parked.
the weak penalty is nascars way of saying "hey people ,it wasnt kyle or danica or anyone else that has done it several times this year".
