I don't know if most people know this, but from 2009-2011 (note, this does NOT include the Spring 2012 race), Joey's best track was Charlotte: a driver rating of 93.5, which is very good - and in 6 races, 2 top fives, 4 top tens, and 6 top 15's.
He didn't do well last May 27th - finished 32rd with no laps led, if I recall - but JGR is looking good this week, and when JGR has been good this year (it has not had a banner year, overall) Joey has tended to be good.
Now, he just won the NNW.
Looking good for Joey tomorrow night?
I have Joey on my roster but, I am using Newman and Mark Martin over him and Burton. Brad over Jimmie in the A group and David Ragan over Stenhouse is my C group.
Good Luck to everyone with your picks!
good call on Lagano. im taking Kahne along side of him. useing Hamlin over Harvick for my A driver. was thinking Ruetiman for my C driver cause of his ave finish here. may use my last Almoralla. not quite sure yet. good luck to everyone.
He's on my roster, but with his overall history at this track I'm going to likely burn my last Kahne. What the heck, you have to use the good ones up at some point or you're not risking the win/lose scenario.
With the races left and Jr. limited to at least the last 3 races I feel it's worth a burn on Kahne tomorrow.
Good luck to ya and I hope you score enough points to be right behind me!!!
Have a great weekend!
