Yes, Rockingham should get back on the schedule (Cup), even if on a rotating basis. There is room to take several tracks to rotate through the schedule from year to year.
Who wouldn't want to see the Cup crowd race at The Circuit of the Americas?
And a couple of the snooze/wreck fests could be dropped since it's apparent that they can't figure out how to make good racing at a couple of tracks.
