If Johnson or Hamlin wins the race they will be the champion. That is making the assumption that each of them lead a lap, and NEITHER of them leads the most laps.

The only way Harvick wins the championship is if he wins the race, leads the most laps, and both Hamlin and Johnson finish 10th or worse and dont lead a lap.
