But some lady did - can't post links, so here's the story:
"The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee responded to a call last week from a resident concerned that they heard a man yelling for help. What the officers found instead might surprise you — it was actually a goat.
The Herald Citizen (via UPI) reported even police dispatchers hearing the screams over the phone. And when deputies Will Page and Gary Davis headed to the area where the sound was coming from and got out of their cruiser, they too heard what sounded like yelling.
“We could hear what appeared to be a man screaming for help in the direction of a residence on Jackson Passage north of Edwards Lane,” Page told the Herald Citizen.
Following the screams, the deputies found a goat tied to the fence. They told the concerned caller everything was alright."
