Greetings from Maine
where we have settled in nicely, weather here is great so far, I even had time to create a fantasy football league, you guys are welcome to join, 10 team league with a semi-deep bench, league ID# 35189, password is touchdown. scoring is pretty close to default, only some minor changes, i dont cheat, and wont tolerate cheatin, I got 4th place in my own league last year, so you know it will be fair. it is an autodraft, unless u guys want me to change it, i will. see you there.

This is often true.

Yep, they just sounded like a good breed for up here, I have plenty of time though, signed a 1 year lease for this place, and pets are frowned upon here, so might have to wait.

Well, Workin Hard, All is good! As confusing as this sounds, Sports seem to make friendships when you are opponents!

i had a husky/timberwolve mix......he was an escape artist
he could get out of an airline kennel in about 15 minutes...lol
the krazy dog was too smart for his own good.he finally escaped one too many times and got hit by a car -
Their fur is their insulation. They don't feel heat either. Last winter my bro in law had a fire I'm the fireplace and max(his husky) has to lay in front of it. I said he'll move. A few minutes went by and we were all talking. I started to smell hair and looked at max. He was starting to smoke from the heat from the fireplace. He had no clue he was about to catch on fire. LoL.

They need the cold, suffer terribly in heat - Maine would be an awesome home for them, and you sound like a VERY responsible owner. One should never own Malamutes without understanding the breed.....they are NOT for everyone, intense drive to work, need exercise, and really DO suffer in the heat....
You Go, Workin' Hard - give those Bad Bois a good home.
I'm a hound person, myself.... -
They just need a lot of space to be themselves & run, they are part wolf & were bred to be working dogs, they need structure as well, very strong & loyal dogs, & oohh they can also handle the cold very well.

Sweltery and only slightly cooler then over in texas. Been doing a side job to make some dough and have 2 posibles lined up to get me out of the house once again. LoL. I'm out of town now on the west side of the state about 30 minitutes from dega. Stay out here during the week to keep from having to sit in traffic for 2 hrs each way every day. With no air in the old stealth and transmission getting tired, I got to do what I got to do till this economy picks back up in 2 years when we vote out the current problem. LoL.

Sounds good, I cant wait to vote this year, most of those Dems are in real trouble of loosing their jobs, I mean come on, Who needs to be in office for 40 years, really, they either really love their jobs & serving the public, or they love the PERKS that come with it. I tend to lean towards the latter, lol, we shall see, when America has spoken.

19 days & counting of over 100 degree days with no end in sight...it was 106 Monday...
at least we're far from the record which was 47 straight days of over 100 degree days back in 1980...part of Aug & June & all of July...
