    Speeding penalties?

Seems to me there could be some easy way to warn the drivers when they are about to exceed pit row speed. My wife made the suggestion to set up the radars so that they give the speeds of the cars on led displays at several places along pit road. If this wouldn't work for all the congestion then perhaps NASCAR can radio the drivers as they enter pit road after they are done qualifying and allow them to see where their tach needs to be set at. This way the drivers would know where to have the tach needle each time they enter and exit regardless of which car they are in, since each car is different. This should at the least allow each one of them the real truth. Then there wouldn't be any questions as to whether they were speeding or not. All the telemetry is sent to the NASCAR booth anyway why can't they just add a speed dial that records the Tach's info and converts it to MPH from RPM's.
