Ok NASCAR, the ball's in your court now !

Nascar really shouldn't do much of anything.....they created this outcome by telling drivers to be more agressive. Honestly, it's a no win for nascar. You punish him too harsh and you get people like me who say they are hypocritical of letting drivers settle their disputes and getting back to "old school" racing, as they advertised they would 5 weeks ago. Or you will get the other side of the argument, who say he was not punished enough if they give him a slap on the wrist. It will be interesting to see how they handle this.

    • I think the concept of drivers " policing themselves " is hilarious. Thats just not something most of these guys have been able to do in life....let alone on the track. Kurt Busch got a DUI while having an alcohol sponsor. Not smart. It isnt always the driver with the hot head either. We've seen entire pit crews go at each other. Thats how I know Zippy is a scraper lol. I think its up to Nascar to watch these teams and keep them in line. I'm all for loosening the reins and letting them really race. I am completely against letting these nutballs have temper tantrums when people's lives are in danger. I hope his mother was there. She should be ashamed.
