The best thing to do is chat with people, If you get a bunch of nobody's in your league than most won't stay. If you know them they will. If you have no friends to join then maybe running a league isn't for you. Join 3 and make some friends from them and then draft them next year. Not putting you down. Many come out here not knowing many, Word of mouth works better then endless spams. I hope that helps you and doesn't sound like I'm insulting you. Friends are the best way to go if you want a good league.
