General Message Board
In case no one knows, Dan Beaver is one of the "experts" on yahoo racing. I was reading his Pre-season Guide because I have nothing else to do. Here are a couple quotes from the "expert".
First in the sleepers section:
Going into his second year racing
for powerhouse Hendrick
Motorsports (HMS), Mears is
positioned for a breakthrough
Sure he is.
All jokes aside, Montoya demonstrated
last season that he
can back up the hype.
Guess he was watching different races than I was.
Talking about rookies this year.
The best bet of the bunch is
Open wheel guys can't race in NASCAR.
Talking about Kyle Busch.
Kyle Busch to the
organization is likely to be a
distraction for the veteran.
For his part, Busch also does
not fare well in high pressure
I think I'm going to put my application in to be an "expert" on NASCAR.
You have my vote chevylover54. I have never seen a better candidate for "expert" on NASCAR than yourself. I hope Yahoo is listening! I would hate to lose you here on the big board, but I'm all for the proposal.

I don't usually like to give out all my picks but here I go.
During the past 3 years at Martinsville JG's average finish is 2.3 and JJ's is 2.8.
Juan Pablo Montoya
Busch because he is Busch. It will be only the second time I will use him. JPM has only raced here twice but his average finish is 12 and improves from his average starting spot of 24.5. Newman averages 14th but he is more for qualifying points. His average start is 6.3. Kasey has been doing good this year except for his pit stop problems at Atlanta.
Riggs has had great runs this season. I think this maybe his week to put it all together. Vickers of course has been the best C driver overall this year.
