Help a guy wants my Griffin?

A guy in my league wants my Griffin so would you trade Nash and Griffin for Jack, Dirk, and Amir Johnson? He also has Kevin Martin and alos Splitter that could be available? I have been reluctant to trade Griffin but my Nash has been a Disappointment. What do you think?
