Dropping Lowry for Granger sounds like a completely terrible idea. The smart move here is to let some other sucker grab some brand name damaged goods. Leave him, he will be a frustrating player to have this year.
If this were a deeper league and you had a scrub to drop, I'd say he was worth a speculative add. That just isn't the case here though. You'd be a fool to drop any of your players for Granger.
