Need Advice On My Team!

Should I drop Mcgee for Favors (use #5 wavier?) or Koufos? is my team championship contender? any roster adjustment?

Here is my team roster:
12 Team H2H 9 Cat (4th place now)
PG Jennings, Lillard, A. Miller
SG. Jack, Hayward
SF Lebron, Granger
PF Ant Davis, Ryan Anderson, Drummond, Bargs
C Gortat, Peko, McGee

Notable FAs: Favors (on wavier), Koufos and Beasley
