I think right now Thompson has the most overall value. But if chosing between a 60% FT shooter and a 40% FT shooter is a moot point because you'll have to punt the category either way, then I'd personally take drummond. He's the better rebounder, by far better FG%, and definitely better with the defensive stats. Right now Thompson is basically only a better scorer. But if Drummond's minutes go up, he'll have much more value besides his embarrassing FT%.
Go with Splitter if you can't take on either poor FT shooters.
