I think you'll have to chose between a shot blocker OR a 3 PT shooter. I dont think anyone is going to want to give up depth (2 players) for TP knowing he palys for the Spurs.
The only way I see you getting good value in return in both those categories is if you package Parker with someone else.
But honestly with Parker playing for Popp, in a competitive league you'll either have to ride it out with him, or take a slight loss in overall value, for the same reasons why you want to get rid of him.
