Value-wise I like that deal. But practicality wise for your team it makes no sense at all... You'd give up your only true shot blocker and 1 of your better rebounders, and get another PG in return which you absolutely don't need.
I think this trade is backwards. You should try to trade 1 of your PG's for another shot blocking/rebounding big man.

I like what you have. Williams is a bit down compared to prior seasons and you have enough guards.
