Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
8 team h2h, top 6 make playoffs. I'm currently 3rd and 10 games up on 7th place, so I've pretty much already made the playoffs. Wall and Millsap were just both recently dropped. The guy drafted Wall and waited this long for him only to drop him a few weeks before he's set to come back, lol. Here's my team:
Just recently picked up Teague for Rubio. Jameer is also a free agent and I was considering dropping Teague for him. And Rubio is obviously also a free agent since I just dropped him. What moves should I make? Outside of Teague, I can't really imagine dropping anyone else, so I guess the question is should I go after Millsap, Wall, Jameer, or keep Teague?
1st of all 10 games up isn't that much. 1 bad week for you and great week for the guy in 7th could knock you out. There is still a LONG time left, so I wouldn't be assuming you are safe quite yet.
I'd definitely be picking up Wall, but honestly I might drop Gordon for him instead of Hill. Hill has SG eligibilty so you can slide him over to Gordon's spot. Hill gets simliar stats compared to a healthy Gordon, with less scoring, but I honestly still don't trust Gordon to stay healthy.
But I'd also be tempted to pick up Millsap and wouldn't want to drop any of your bigs, so I might drop Hill for him.
The downside to that is it would leave you with 5 PG only eligible players and just 2 SG eligilbe players. Normally I would say that is fine, just trade 1 of your PGs, but in small leauges I know it's really hard to make trades.
