Do i buy low on Rudy Gay

If those are the positional needs and you can pull that off, then sure why not? But if I had Rudy Gay I definitely would not trade him for Chandler. Outside of his awesome FG% he's not really the most valueable big man. I own him in 2 leagues, and it would be really nice if he could increase his blocks, or steals to at least 1.0 per game. Or get closer 10 15PPG, or have FT% in the mid 70's instead of 60's.
The Gay owner would be getting a HUGE incrase in FG% and a nice increase in rebounds, but would be giving up a lot in all other categories. You may need to add someone else in the mix for the guy to think about the offer seriously.

    • Rudy Gay is a sf/pf so that only partially helps you. You need an Iguodala or Batum who are both a sg/sf. For any of the 3, though, I dont think Tyson Chandler would get you one. Its all about need in Fantasy, though. Not neccesarily whos the better stat stuffer.
