This is a no-brainer in my opinion. Rondo and Jennings are the two best players in the entire deal and you can easily replace the stats of Nelson, Crawford and Kaman with the guys in your FA pool. In fact, I think Thompson, Drummond and Leonard are all better options than Kaman in my opinion. Do this and run!

Rondo better than Nelson
Leonard not as much as Jamal, but Leonard has nowhere to go but up, while Crawford could take a slight hit in value eventually.
Thomspon/Drummond I like better than Kaman besides the FT% but with Rondo and Smith and others you won't be competitive in that anyways.

The trade itself doesn't look great, but adding in the FA's you'd grab makes it worth it to me.
