    D Will For Lillard?

I have Gasol and D Will and was offer Joe Johnson and Lillard. I really want to do this trade, but for some reason I'm standing still right now. Should I just accept. I kind of want to see how Pau does, although with Howard there, he doesn't have all that much upside and how much more value could I get for him, etc.

What side is better and should I accept?

    • i like gasol and dwill better, but i would still try to trade gasol once he starts to produce decent stats because the lakers have a bad fantasy playoff schedule. i would also try to trade dwill for someone with less injury risk.

    • Outside of the injury risks with the two you have, I think I'd rather stick it out with them and see if they pay off.
Lillard is great, but I still expect him to slow down a little bit. I don't think he'll faceplant into the rookie wall like others have, but playing heavy minutes as a starter and floor general take a toll and I just worry about him breaking down slightly. Joe Johnson is playing well right now, but I just don't trust him for the rest of the season.
Gasol and D-Will, when healthy give you a great mix of stats, from 3's to blocks, assists to rebs. If Williams can fix his shot and up his FG%, they would literally not hurt you in ANY category. Gasol is still one of the most skilled big men in the league. His assists and %'s are what set him apart in my opinion.
But I guess it depends on how much of a risk taker you are. Both sides have some inherent risks. Both have their ups and downs.
Who are your other bigs? That might make the difference to me, if I had a ton of nice bigs then maybe I would think about accepting.
