Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I'm in a 12 team H2H. I'm doing great in my league, I've only lost my first week's matchup. All other weeks I've won either 7-2 or 6-3. I always win: 3-pts, points, rebs, assists, steals, blocks.
I want to pick up either or both Bynum and Gordon from waivers, but I am agonizing over 1. when to pick them up and 2. who to drop since everyone has been performing great lately. Any help is greatly appreciated, and I will return the favor and answer your question.
I ended up dropping Vucevic for Bynum. Now, news of Gordon comes out and I'm really tempted to grab him too, but I have no one left to drop.
The only two I can think of are either Kaman or Sanders, leaning towards Kaman. Is this a bad idea?
I wouldn't spoil my team by some waiting for Godot, if my roster looked like this. For instance Vucevic could grab you 150 more rebounds while you would still be hoping for a Bynum return which doesn't seem to come earlier than, say, mid January. And what if he gets hurt again in two or three weeks?
I'd say pick up Bynum but like you said, it's so hard to decide who to drop. I'd consider dropping Vucevic or Sanders....since you're at the top of standings, you can afford to take the risk imo of waiting for Bynum. Can you please answer my q about trading away Josh Smith?
