For the long term I'd rank them: Conley, Vasquez, Crawford.
Conley has been in a slump, but will likely pull out of it and go back to putting up very consistent numbers. Vasquez has some serious deficiencies in his game, but his high assists, and nice 3PTM give him some nice value as well as him being eligible at both guard spots and having only a rookie backup as his only competition for minutes (Roberts. Rivers could cut into his minutes a little, but I see him as a combo gaurd taking more minutes at SG than PG).
Crawford has played nice for a few weeks, but has yet to prove he can sustain this type of production over a long period of time, especially if John Wall comes back. Add in his very bad FG% and shot selection, and this is why even with his recent triple double, I rank him 3rd.
