    Derozan's value?

Which SG or PF/C can I get for Derozan? I am looking for Rebs, blks and 3's.

    • I also agree that Derozan's value isnt that high. Im sure you can do better than Pekovic and Glen Davis but Derozan lacks so many other stats where he's only good in points. Remember points is only one category. Theres a reason why he dropped so low in drafts this year. Limited upside. Still cant hit the 3 consistently. Lack of steals..mediocre FG%...etc. As for the centers you can aim for...Gortat and Hibbert would be good targets..very good buy low targets...Omer Asik possibly....for another SG maybe like a Redick.

    • Well with Bargnani and Lowry out, you might want to wait a couple games and see if Derozan puts the offensive load on his shoulders, and pads his scoring and possibly assist numbers. That way you can maybe get a little bit more in return, or if the manager you are trading with was on the fence about Derozan a few eye popping stat lines might be enough to make him pull the trigger.

I would also recommend going after a PF/C. It is very hard to get any extra value out of a 1 for 1 trade for players of the same position. If the other manager is giving you someone better that plays the same position, what is his insentive for making the deal?

But since all Derozan really contributes in is scoring and steals with average rebounding, and not many 3's or super high percentages, I don't think you'll be getting a stud in return unless you make a package deal. You could try to aim for someone like Mullens, Kaman, Jason Thompson, Pekovic, Vucevic or someone of that caliber of value.
I don't see why they would do it, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try to ask for Hibbert or Gortat either.

    • Maybe, MAYBE Evan Turner. I'd target someone like that. Answer mine? (dropping Thronton for ilyasova or beal)
