Can't say if you're a contender or not without seeing every other team in your league and seeing what the standings are right now AND then working out where you can make up ground on the current leaders.
If Derrick Rose is available in your league you could drop Jack and stash him. Of the FA's you mentioned only Drummond would be worth stashing.
Just from looking at your team you're success or lack thereof will largely depend on your big men. The onyk "stud" big men you have are Anderson and Lebron. I have Gortat in my league and he's been a disappointment the last week or so... Davis is injured, Pekovic, Mullens and McGee are inconsistent.
Long term you might be better off not even worrying about Rose and instead stash Drummond, dropping Jack. I don't think the Pistons can keep Drummond to 20-25 minutes per game all season. Eventually they surely have to let the kid play. Based on what we've seen thus far he'll be a good source of FG%, rebounds and blocks when he does get closer to 30 minutes per
Somewhat. Without looking at the other teams. your weak at pg and sf. You should be good on rebs & blks, but assist Lebron will carry the load. You don't have a true passer on your team. Your bigs are decent, but Gortat on the Suns is not working well without Nash. Keep an eye on him. Pekovic might be trade bait come soon. Seraphin is a sleeper, good pick up there. McGee will produce, but he is coming off the bench behind Mozgov remember that.
