I think it's a great trade for you as I don't see Bosh's numbers decreasing. It seems like his role is more defined and he's figured out how to get his stats while working with his team. I'd go for it, also Favors is taking from Milsap and will continue once be fully heals.

The assists dropoff may affect you if the rest of your roster outside of the three players you named provide few assists. Nelson is injury prone so it's good to keep Vazquez. I agree that Bosh is balling now so if you want to sell low on Millsap on this trade you may want to keep an eye on how to make up for the assists in future transactions.

I dont think Bosh can keep up the great numbers..like hes obviously a better fit at center...but that 56%fg is going to drop...his whole career hes been at around 49% or so. Expect those blocks to drop off a bit too. He's been avg less than a block in his last 2 years. So you would be buying high/selling low on Millsap. You have to think someone is going to get traded soon from the frontcourt...Big Al, Favors, Millsap, Kanter...I think Millsap is the odd man out with the most trade value as well.
