I'm in a very active league. Splitter is on the waiver list and will stay there all the time unless he gets some consistent minutes. If I dropped Drummond for, let's say, Splitter, there would be at least two managers who would try to pick the boy up. I think I answered your question.

I think it depends on what you are looking to get from that player. Drummond eventually should grow into a dominant big man in the league. But for this season, I wouldn't cound on more than rebounds and blks from him. The biggest difference in him is that his FT% can KILL your team, while Bass and Splitter are both very efficient from the line for big men, especially Bass.
Splitter has great potential, but his production and minutes are never consistent, and probably won't be as long as he is playing for Popavic.
Bass is struggling to get consistent mintues while Boston tries to figure out their best lineups for when Garnett is getting rest. But when he has gotten 25 minutes or more he has been pretty consistent.
If it were my team, I'd drop Splitter's inconsistencies for Drummond's upside, as long as I could live with the FT%.
Nene will be frustrating to own, but he is too talented, and on a team that is too horrible to just be dropped. Especially for someone who is not consistent. - View More Messages
