That trade is fine, no need to veto.
I would much rather have the Melo side, but it's not lopsided enough to veto, and maybe it actually makes sense for the two teams.
Noah and Asik could be arguaably equal to D12. So if the guy giving up Howard thinks that, and needs a scorer like Melo it works for him.
If the guy getting D12 thinks that Noah/Asik are close enough to D12 to give up, and needs a PG and help on 3's, it makes sense.
Like I said, I would much rather have the Melo side, but it is obvious there is no collusion going on here, so why would you feel the need to veto?
