If it were my team I would definitely try trading those two, but I don't really think you will get very much value in return without adding someone else. Jordan is an underperformer who gets nice blocks but kills your FT%, and Allen probably won't be good for much more than %'s and 3's. His value has gone down the last couple of seasons, and now that he has Lebron,Wade and Bosh on his team, I think he will do even more standing in the corner waiting to shoot a 3, and not much else.
I would almost consider dropping Deandre Jordan depending on who the available FA's are, but if you can find someone to take him off your hands that really needs blocks or who is a Clippers fan, go for it.
