Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I think it is funny people are talking about the injury history of Curry & Gallo, which I agree are issues to be considered, but no mention of STAT. The guy is untradeable in real life because he cant be insured because of his knees.
With the addition of Chandler, Anthony he isnt even a third round pick.
In relation to Curry, on talent he is a first round pick but the injury issues are a big problem so I kinda agree he is a third round pick. If you are not sold on him just trade him next season to someone else as there will be someone willing to take a risk on him.
I like The Dragon but Lowly is the starter, so if I had to pick now I couldnt select him as a keeper.
Wing players are the easiest to find so I dont like keeping them unless they are elite but given your options my selections would be:
Wall, Iguodala, George, Gallinari, Amare
Curry probably won't ever be completely healthy again.
Batum is enticing, but he's not so special that his fantasy potential won't be undone by a coach or another hot young player of the year.

But Batum gives me blocks, treys and steals, a good and rare mix of cats and according to Rick Kamla (NBA TV) the cats needed to win it all.
If I were to keep Batum, who should I dump then? Wall, Iggy,George, Gallo or Amare?
I guess I should keep Wall (only PG) and Amare (only big guy), so it would be between Iggy, George and Gallo.
I'd keep Wall, Iggy, Nic Batum, Gallo, and Amare. I don't think George is going to ever be a great scorer like people think he will but he does have potential to be like Andre Iguodala but since you already have him I would just keep him. And I don't trust Curry's ankles which are like paper machete right now.

Don't you think gallo's injury history is like curry (a risky player)?
I mean, Curry and Gallo are good (specially Curry) but their injury history is too big now and I'm in a very difficult keepers league where I want to grab young/solid players.
In that case, Wall/Batum/George/Iggy/Amare sounds good enough? All I have to focus in the first rounds are big men and point guards because sg/sf are covered in that case.
what do u think?
