your trade is 3 for 1 so really depends on who you will be picking up. if it's 2 ppl owned in at least 85% of leagues (i pay close attention to this in trades as yahoo shows it) then you should accept and dalemebert (i own him) hasn't been playing well and is very replaceable so it's basically lin/evans for dirk while mine was basically lin/gwall for dirk since conley and wall cancel out (wall destroys FG% and TO's and gets no 3's) so your deal is very similar to mine and therefore should accept if the conditions I listed above were met.
