I'd take Conley.. You know what you'll get from him (15ppg and 7 or 8 assists.. steals and a couple threes). Shumpert is a nice prospect, but like a lot of people have mentioned.. Baron will take a lot of minutes from him when he's healthy.

Mario Charlmers, Tony Allen, John Salmons, Danny Green, Samuel Dalembert, Marshon Brooks, Nicolas Cole
Depends on your other players. If you have enough players to keep outside of either of the two, then I would obviously go for Conley. But Shumpert could be a valuable keep if he takes off. Then again, he could suffer the same fate as a Landry Fields, who seems to have no playing time right now.
