Do it. Westbrook is an assists, points, and steals monster, and rebounds at about the same rate as Kobe. His turnovers might be a problem, but Kobe turns the ball over at a pretty high rate anyway. FG/FT are probably a wash too.
Westbrook is easily better now and going forward. By the end of the season he might be a top 8 type of player. The long, condensed schedule can only hurt an older player like Kobe, especially given his propensity for injury. He'll play through them, but his production will suffer. On the other hand, Westbrook hasn't missed a game yet in his career.
