    • So I'm guessing you called it a night. If you get a chance to answer the #3 pick H2H 4 sport league question later, I would appreciate it.

      Thanks

    • Here's my team in a standard 12 team 9 cat league.

      PG Tony Parker
      SG DWade
      G Darren Collison
      SF Josh Smith
      PF Chris Bosh
      F Bargnani
      C Brook Lopez
      C Bogut
      U DeAndre Jordan
      U Jose Calderon
      B Jeff Teague
      B Rip Hamilton
      B Jarrett Jack

I traded Marc Gasol and Jeff Green for Chris Bosh a week ago. Also dropped Brandon Roy for Rip and Dejuan Blair for Jarrett Jack.

How does my team look overall, and how were the moves I made? Any flaws that stand out on my team? I've been trying to shop Bargnani and Calderon in a two for one so I can work the waiver wire some... I have my eye on Blair still as well as Carl Landry, and it'd be nice to be able to take a flier on Troy Murphy and see if he returns to form.

Any and all advice is appreciated bud!

      • You have enough wings.

Drop Morrow for Dalambert to help your blks cat. If he lands in HOU where there is a need at the 5, I like him with Scola and Lowry feeding them the ball. Although ball hog Kevin Martin likes to shoot everything.

However your league is heavily favored in pts (pts/fgm/ftm=all offenseive scoring related cats)

So maybe hold onto your players for now. I don't like Maggs even though Silas has stated he wants the offensive load to fall on him....age/injury history is an issue for me.

Overall, nice balance to your team. Well done. it's hard to balance it out with the first pick sometimes---with the snake back to back. But you did well, all in all.

    • whod u take? deng or joe johnson?

      • Mr (Russian) President:

        Personally I like Deng.

But with the departure of Crawford, and Hinrich going down, look for JJ to have a better season as he sometimes distributes the ball pretty good for a 2/3 player. He also might have something to prove b/c of his ridiculous contract and people talking about how he couldn't live up to it.

Also because Yahoo! lists him in multipositions, he serves more of a purpose.

I think even though Rip plays the 2...and Deng plays the 3, Rip should get some shots drawn up for him which might diminish some of Deng's scoring load.

Fantasy wise, I think JJ might be a better pick at this point.

Kind of a toss up but just based on those things listed, slight edge to JJ.

        GL to u.

    • I wouldn't trade Rondo if I was worried about assists. But you always want to upgrade. However, if you want, target someone that is avg 8+ assists on top of other categorical contributions.

i.e....maybe see if owner of Wall would take Gordon or Wright. I doubt it but that might help. Or you can pick up Parker off waivers if you can get a Curry and/or Westbrook, should you trade Rondo.

    • I'm looking for assists. Do I drop Mo Will or Der Will for Teague (not much else out there on FA)?

      12-team standard roto

      My team:
      Lowry
      Mo Williams
      Stuckey

      Deng
      DeRozan
      Derrick Williams
      Maggette
      Aldrige

      • Hi delfrio:

I wouldn't drop Derrick Williams. You have the same type of player in Maggette. If you have to drop someone.......drop him....Williams is going to have more trade value to you.

I know you are looking for assists....I guarantee that Derrick Williams will draw alot more suitors in trade proposals.

Pick up Teague to start the season. Package a trade for a better PG with Mo Will+Derozan.

Use Derrick William accordingly as for now, he has much more value and likely will have a solid season.

I hope that is Tyson Chandler btw and not Wilson.

        GL.

    • I like Budinger over Amir. But looks like you could use some help on blks.

Be extra careful to see if Martin gets shipped out of HOU...if that happens look for Budinger and/or to skyrocket. Even if he doesn't though...Budinger is a nice addition. You can get blocks elsewhere.

Your team looks sound....just keep an eye on Amir as how he progresses in camp/preseason....if his foot is still bugging him pick up Budinger or the Matrix...I know Odom might take up some time from him but Butler moving to LAC may negate that timeshare just a bit.

I'm in a 7team league for h2h. is there any 2for1 trades i can do to improve my team?

      • 1 Reply to Jon
      • I'm not even going to ask how in the world you managed to have an even # of teams for a H2H league.

But for your size league there's going to be an insane number of combinations you can work with off the waiver.

If you don't want to work the waiver and want to work out trades....I would target a higher scoring PG. Rondo is great don't get me wrong. It would solidify your 1 if you can help him out with a package trade for a top 5 PG on top, u know?

Maybe Eric Gordon + Dorrell Wright for Deron Williams (this is just an example, work it out however you will)

    • For a 10 team, not much help on the wire. 3rd year, very active..

      Kirilenko
