Well, it obviously depends on how much they value Brandon Roy.

I personally wouldn't trade for Roy - as I believe he is destined for season-ending surgery at some point, but you may find a manager who feels more confident about Roy's future...

I would start negotiating with other managers pretending that you simply want a big on your team - and are willing to trade a swing. Try to get the best C available, but know that you might have to accept someone relatively unproven like Ibaka or Darko.

With Howard and Love (and Boozer coming), you should be employing the punt FT strategy.

You need to get rid of your low-FG% guys like Delfino, Rush, Ariza - and make sure you're taking FG%, rebounds and blocks every week.

Then fill the rest of your roster with 3s, steals and assists.

Please rate my team. 1-10. Any improvements neccesary. So far in the first 2 weeks 17-3 and sitting in First place. My thought is that I am deep enough at PG to sit on Aaron Brooks for a few weeks with his injury.

I also feel that I am very balanced and with the exception of turnovers have all stats covered. Punting turnovers by carrying so many PG's on this team, but cruising in assists and steals due to it...
