Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
12 team H2H auction draft. I decided to skip out on the first rounders in order to get a good and deep overall team. I also tried to get every position covered well. What do you think?
PG Mo Williams
SG Joe Johnson
G Tyreke Evans
SF Rudy Gay
PF Troy Murphy
F David West
C Marc Gasol
C Robin Lopez
Util Paul Millsap
Util Jason Richardson
BN Jameer Nelson
BN Boris Diaw
BN Shawn Marion
BN Mike Bibby
BN Ben Wallace
The last three on your roster. keep an eye on Bibby be might lose playing time to i wanna say jeff teague. Ben wallace might also lose playing time to the new rookie center. and Marion has been washed up since he left Phoenix.
I like your team because it consists of no superstar player but quality middle tier players that perform consistently. And as always, consistency wins fantasy matchups.
I would personally package Gay and Millsap (he will be solid till Okur returns - sell high) for a big who will get you more blocks. All in all, a well rounded team.
Not a bad team, but you do need a tier one player, they are so much better than everyone else (read an article on a great website that showed tha the difference between owning Kidd and Pau Gasol and Chris Paul was the stats that Ronny Turiaf put up (from 2008 season)) If you could get someone better than him, Paul was better. can you answer my post?
I think that it was a good strategy going for depth but I always want a top tier player on my team regardless (KD CP3 LBJ) ... your team really banks on robin lopez breaking out in blks to stay competitve there but other than that it seems very solid throughout a good 7 outta 10
Solid team man you might want to try trade for some blocks/rebs/off rebs too.
Most of the teams that don't have a legit 1-2 normally struggle as those are the guys that can win you a category any given week.
I think it is a good, well rounded team. However, I think you need to find a strength, take steals and threes for instance, and make that a category you win 90 percent of the time. Maybe trade Millsap for frye or something.
