Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
With Thompson out for about 2 weeks on top of his mediocre play lately and the playoffs 4 weeks away, should i drop him for Tyrus Thomas????
Sergio Rodriguez and Javale McGee are also available..
I have been trying to decide what to do with him also. X-rays revealed that Thompson has two fractures in his lower back. With that type of injury what will he be like in 2 weeks? He still may have effects of this for a while. I would add Ty.
Thanks for the post I had not seen that. Now I have some decisions to make.

yup he has been up and down these past few games leading up to this injury so this doesnt help at all.. Your right about him probably having to find a groove once he gets back so it could take even longer
I would make that move. These injuries always seem to take longer to heal than what they originally claim. 2 weeks could turn to 3 or 3and a half. I would pick up Thomas while hes hot, and from what i have read he will become more of a factor in the offense as he gets more accustomed to it. Thats why im thinking of grabbing him.

yea especially back injuries.. I held onto Tayshaun for the longest, but i eventually dropped him and he is just now getting back into his game.. Thomas is now listed as the starting PF so he definitely should see some god opportunities open up
