Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I have a trade on the table:
I Get: Danny Granger
I Give: Paul Pierce & Jason Terry
I know this is a great deal for me, however I know that the injuries are a consistent issue that he deals with, so should I pull the trigger or back out of this trade? The guy is willing to deal him based on his lack of depth and ranking in our league.
IMO you should trade Granger. Granger is definitely injured and it seems to be getting worst. He said himself it was like somebody hit a hammer on his heel...I don't know about you but that would be all the signals I would need to get rid of him. In Terry and Pierce you equal essentially the same player that Granger will be. And Pierce and Terry are not injury prone...
tough one. I wouldnt let Grangers injury scare you. Hes been dealing with it all year and I dont expect him to miss more than a week since its bruised heel. Granger is a beast and once totally healthy he should be ballin in a major way
Well, Granger was in a walking boot after last nights game. He'll probably be out for a while, then it will take some time to get back into shape, etc. Pierce is at least healthy and is no slouch himself. Terry is always a very nice scoring option. Unless it's a keeper league, I'd pass.
