Anytime you have the chance to get LeBron you do it.
LeBron always has the chance and ability to go off for 40 points every night and he averages 7 or 8 boards and 7 assists per game. While Aldridge is playing under his ability, I think the development and health of Oden will continue to hinder him.
I give Rose + Josh Howard (no timetable for his return)
I get Harris (should be back next week) + Diaw
and please rate my team, if that trade gets through...
what should i do for next step... keep it like this or make another trade?
G: Nash, Westbrook, Evans, Robinson, Harris
F: J.Smith, Gallinari, Diaw, Hansbrough, S.Jackson
C: Nene, M.Gasol, Hawes

I don't think Howard will be out for a really long time. He just played a couple of games on the ankle, I just think they don't want to hinder him anymore.
I don't think Harris is due back for another two to four weeks - if you can hold off for that long, then I would go for it.
It doesn't look like you have a number one scoring option on your team. Tyreke Evans may be the closest thing to that. You also don't have a guy that is averaging double digit boards. My suggestion would be to start working a trade for a number one scoring option, a guy who has the ability to go off in points and boards - -Dirk maybe? LeBron? Durrant?
guards: aaron brooks, andre miller, tyreke evans, and jose calderon
sf: lebron james, azubuike, josh howard, and thaddeus young
pf&c: greg oden, brook lopez, al horford, and marc gasol
josh howard is going to be out indefinitely... should i drop and pick up someone else? or keep him in my lineup on the bench. ideas anyone?
should i try to trade for tmac straight up or drop howard for landry??

I can't imagine Howard being out for a long long time. He has played on his ankle, it's just that it's been bothering him so they don't want to ruin it more. While I don't think he will have numbers like he did last season since Marion is there, I still think he is worth keeping around.
It's hard for me to give any advice on TMac - who knows how he will be playing after micro fracture surgery. That surgery has ruined careers. Personally, I think he can come back and get about 15 points per game, other than that I think he's useless. And there will always be the threat of losing games because of another injury.

If you get Durrant, now you have two first rounders in CP3 and KD. CP3 and Billups and Baron will get you all the assists you need. KG, Durrant, Jameson, Lamar, Hibbert, Horford should take care of your baords and blocks as well.
Redd, CP3, Baron, Durrant, Jameson and KG are all guys that should average 17 or more points per game. I think you can definitely handle a two for one.
You may want to offer Vince and Hughes/Harrington. Personally I like Harrington more than Hughes, so I would offer Hughes and Carter.
Don't know anything about the depth of your waivers...someone good to pick up there?
You've got a well balanced team - scoring, rebounding, assists, steals and blocks.
It will probably take Vince or Jameson (plus one) to get KD. Personally I would have no problem trading Vince and another guy to get KD. Vince and his injuries are scary.
