Draft and Trade Talk Message Board

I'm in a 14-team, head-to-head league on ESPN with standard 8-cats plus A/T. We kept 4 players from last season - mine were Lebron, Durant, Calderon, and Biedrins. We will keep 4 for next season as well, and it's a money league. Weekly record go by wins and losses for each category. I won my first matchup 6-3, so my record is 6-3, not 1-0.
My roster, in draft order:
Lebron James
Kevin Durant
Jose Calderon
Andris Biedrins
Al Harrington
Charlie Villenueva
Kevin Love (IR)
Chris Kaman
Chris Duhon
Luol Deng
Jarrett Jack
Rudy Fernandez
Travis Outlaw
I've been offered Jameer Nelson and J.R. Smith for Calderon and Outlaw. Should I take this, counter with Fernandez in place of Outlaw, or reject? The team I'm trading with is way overloaded with 3-point shooters, btw.-

Yeah, I countered with Rudy and he accepted. He has Rashard Lewis, so the 2nd player in the trade will just get dropped anyway in a few games. We'll see how it works out.

try to counter with Rudy first but like you said he has too many 3pt shooters. Outlaw's not much to me and he is inconsistent because his team is so deep. IMO Nelson and JR combined are worth more than Calderon. I don't see Calderon's numbers improving much (especially not ppg). I think JR has a high upside and Nelson's not playing bad.

This is a tough one. I would counter offer with Fernandez, if you were gonna do the deal. I wouldn't do it, but it close. Go with your Gut, because it is worth your $ league.

It seems like I'd obviously get overall more stats at a cost of probably downgrading one of my 4 keepers. Is this just bad news since I'm giving up the highest-rated player, or am I more likely to win this season given the move?
