Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
This is a H2H 12 team league, my current roster is listed below. I really need improvement on my C spot. I was offer
Chris Bosh for my Deron Williams. Should I accept trade or try to counter offer and use M. Ellis as trade bait or trade A. Miller and another player for Bosh. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Other manager team
Ok thanks everyone
right now I have 1 free spot, dropped Haywood (out 3-4 months) thinking of picking up Blatche. Ellis spot is up for grab either
I trade or drop him. Bargnani and B. Wallace are FA.
Well, if you CAN get Bosh in a deal involving Ellis, that would obviously be better. Not likely to happen, though, it's hard to justify carrying injured people for protracted periods of time in head-to-head. But Bosh is excellent value for Deron. and makes it easier for you to ashcan Haywood for someone else.
I can see why he needs a PG...he wont get much out of Kirk and compared to a starting williams or miller, west is coming off the bench and is paperweight compared to those two anyway. I wouldn't move Williams and I would be hesitant to move Miller. I'm assuming you're dropping Haywood, so if you'll 2 spots open. Who you package up will depend on who you will get from the FA.
I wouldn't trade Williams for Bosh. Try to offer up Rip and Ellis (he may not play for quite some time - think arenas last year) for Bosh. Or try to snag Big Z for soemthing else. D-will is your stud, don't trade him.
