So i offered Steve Smith/Lamar Miller for AJ Green, and he countered with Colston/Miller for AJ Green. Should I do it?

I'd take the Green offer and see if you can make a separate trade possibly for another top WR. It's just too good of a deal to leave sitting there. Sometimes other managers change their minds. Especially if Green goes off on Sunday. It wouldn't really change his value. But it might change the perception enough that he cancels the offer.
Besides, I wouldn't expect someone else to give up a sure thing WR1 without you including one of your better RBs in the deal.
You can dangle whichever of MJD/Ridley you like less. Just make sure you get a decent backup in the deal (like Bradshaw, Richardson, Williams, Bernard, Vereen, or Mendenhall).
I'd definitely do it. You're trading a bottom end RB2 and WR2 for an upper WR1.
And you still have excess depth at RB.
Good value plus only hurting your bench in exchange for helping your starting lineup. That's a definite yes.
