I really need some help with this...

I don't know who to start at TE. It's a 12 team non-ppr league. I can start Pettigrew or Keller? I think Keller can do some damage against the Pats and they really don't have anyone else to throw to and all of their RB's are hurt. Pettigrew hasn't done much and I have Stafford as my QB and really don't want to risk playing Pettigrew, I'm leaning towards Keller but don't know? Any advice? Thanks
