I'd do Pitta this week, Phil Defense is playing very good against TE's this year. And Balt is going up against a strong CB team. The last time they played teams with good starting corners (weeks 1 & 2), they ended up dialing up more designed plays for Pitta and less for Smith. I'm it'll happen again this week.
