    Romo or Ponder

Dallas is simplifying Romo's gameplan/throws so he doesn't throw 5 INTs anymore. Ponder's legs/better running game offer a much higher ceiling than Romo vs. Baltimore, especially if Murray can't run it well.

    • Negative ghostrider, the pattern is full.

Last week he really only threw 3 (2 were faults of the WR's)...You can't simplify Romo if DeMarco is ineffective. They will "simplify" him as he will target Witten and Bryant on 8 yard slants more.

Also, how does a good running game offer a high ceiling to a guy who will throw less to NO deep threat (Simpson battling injuries already). Ponders upside is in short passes so they have to get close. I think AP/Harvin/Gerhart carry the ball 30+ times...limiting his attempts as per usual.

      • ... really?

If you don't have to respect the run game of Dallas, Romo will get hurried/killed. Any D that has to worry about the threat of a run isn't teeing off on the QB, especially a poor pass D like Washington. They'll key on stopping ADP and Ponder will go to town, Percy Harvin is slump-proof and Kyle Ruldolph is an greatly underutilized threat. Minny hasn't really had a deep threat all year.
